Orange Blossom Barn Wedding | Bushnell, FL | M & D

Congratulations to Michelle and Devin who got married at The Orange Blossom Barn in Bushnell Florida!! I have been looking forward to this wedding for quite some time! When Michelle and Devin first asked me to photograph their wedding I was incredibly honored because I knew it was going to be a special day. These two have a love that is rooted in the faith and are surrounded by friends and family who are also amazing Christian men and women. Their wedding took place at The Orange Blossom Barn in Bushnell, Florida and I had also been looking forward to photographing a wedding there! It is a beautiful piece of property with huge oak trees, sprawling fields, and the most adorable white barn adorned with vintage flair and rustic charm. I had so many moments throughout the day that tugged at my heart strings but two stand out in particular. I, admittedly, cried like a baby watching Michelle and her mother, Sonia, dance a mother/daughter dance together. Their bond is strong and beautiful and I couldn't help but think of my momma as I watched them hug tight and dance slow. The second moment that stood out to me was a tree planting during the ceremony. Pictured below you can see how touching the moments were as Michelle and Devin each watered a plant that would soon grow and blossom into a beautiful tree, much like a relationship grows at it is watered. It was a beautiful moment and a great reminder that for something amazing to grow, it must be tended to and watered every single day. I believe these two are committed to doing so and I am very proud to have been a part of the beginning of this journey! As the night went on I had a blast not only capturing the events of the evening but also celebrating with Michelle, Devin and all their friends and family. I have had the opportunity over the past 2 years to get to know many of these incredible people and can truly call them friends. Thank you so much for letting me be a part of this day! I cannot wait to see how your love and family grows!
