Meet Cami & Garrett!!! These two were just adorable! From their matching blue eyes to their matching blue shirts-I couldn't take a bad picture of them! Recently moving to Florida from North Dakota, Cami and Garrett decided they wanted to take advantage of their newly found BEACH and we had fun shooting several looks on the sands of Honeymoon Island in Dunedin. We fought off lots of people and quite a few bugs {sorry guys!} but in the end came out with some amazing photos! After shooting some natural light photos in their baby blues we took the the water for the sunset. It is amazing how the Florida skies can change so much in a matter of minutes. From orange and yellows to reds and blues in an instant. I always think that summer sunsets are the best because the storm clouds that accumulate during the day make for some amazing pops of color as the sun sinks down below the horizon. I'm so happy for these two! So happy to have met these two! And so happy with these photos! :)

Once upon a time.....

Well here is the real story! As a young gal {about 17 years old} I wanted nothing more than to be a fashion model {yes, at 5 foot, 5 inches}. I studied all things modeling and did photo shoot after photo shoot for several years. Eventually I realized I wanted the camera in my hands and after a few years of being a "hobbyist photographer" I decided it was time for me to really give it a go. My business was officially born in 2013 and I haven't looked back since! I strive to learn more every day and believe I will never stop learning. The process has been not only fun but also stressful as I weave my way in and out of "how to run a successful business!" I wasn't sure what I signed up for but I wouldn't change it for the world!
