Marissa & Zack

Marissa & Zack!!! Holy moly were these two fun to shoot!!! I can definitely say that these two were down for everything I threw at them...and everything the trees threw at us!! At one point we were all literally being attacked by plummeting acorns coming out of the trees above us-I got one on the face and one on my camera. Relentless, I tell ya! But completely worth it :) Both of them climbed onto the roots of this massive tree like it was nothing and when we were done Zack says to me, "I can climb this tree, its a great climbing tree." and proceeds to climb nearly 50 feet in the air like a monkey swinging from branch to branch. We nailed the signature "spiderman kiss" hanging upside down while he was up there...I just love this picture, and I love them! Marissa was a girl after my own heart; she had the giggles nearly the entire time which made the whole session full of love and laughs. I have been eyeing this spot for a while now and finally found the perfect people, day, time, theme to use it! So happy that both of these guys were open to lay in a field of wild flowers, climb knee deep into bushes, sit under acorn dropping tree roots, and look adorable the whole entire time. I can't wait to photograph your wedding next Spring!
