Say hello to Michelle and Devin!! I met these two through a mutual friend and fell in love with them immediately! I always feel so honored when I have the opportunity to photograph multiple engagements and weddings in a group of incredibly amazing and tight knit girlfriends! For our session we went to Ft. Desoto Park in St. Petersburg and I was thrilled to be exploring new territory with them! They had zero hesitations about walking into the brush - this is how we find the best spots! Pictured below I am excited to share a solo photo of Michelle as she waited patiently completely unposed for me to get my camera settings locked in... yes, y'all... that is a TEST shot! She could not look any more gorgeous or angelic! As we progressed through the session I could sense they were becoming more comfortable in front of the camera {after telling me upon arrival: "We are so awkward in pictures!" haha} which allows me to really capture the true essence of a couple's love and individual personalities. By the time we made it on to the beach we had several onlookers and there was nowhere to hide. The sky erupted into magnificent colors that only Florida stormy days can produce and the wind gently swept Michelle's dress from side to side making the scene even more picturesque. At one point during our sunset shots I could see through the lens and feel through my soul that we were capturing something amazing. "We are MAKING MAGIC people!" I yelled across the beach, which gave all of us a giggle. I am so appreciative for couples that trust my creative vision, dance when I say dance, and laugh when I say laugh!
